Do you charge for a quote?
No. We visit the property, measure up and give you a written, itemised quote free of charge. You are under no obligation to go ahead.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry public liability insurance and are happy to send the certificate over before work starts.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Sunbury-on-Thames and work across Surrey, Middlesex and West London. If you are just outside that, ask — we will tell you honestly whether it is practical.
Do you handle building regulations and planning?
We work alongside building control and your architect, and arrange the inspections a job needs. For larger extensions you will usually need your own architect for the drawings, and we can recommend one.
How do I pay, and do you ask for money up front?
Payment stages are agreed in writing before work begins. On larger jobs we take staged payments against completed work — never the full amount up front.
How long will my job take?
It depends entirely on scope. A bathroom is typically one to two weeks, an extension runs from a few weeks to several months. Your quote includes an estimated schedule.
